This past Saturday, I had the pleasure of cooking for a new client and his very pretty girlfriend. He lives in one of the apartments at the Greene. He has a center view of the square and all of the shops. Needless to say, his home was beautifully decorated and I had a great time cooking in his kitchen. Nothing is better than cooking for such nice people who were truly appreciative of my services. Thank you to Fez and Miriam. I look forward to making more great meals for you in the future.
When I cook for someone, I want them to have a great dining experience. I consider it an honor to feed people, and make them satisfied by eating my food. It's such a compliment to me to have customers order again and again. I prepare food for my customers the way I prepare food for my family. It's out of love that I cook, and I hope that is reflected in my food.
